CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS – NEXTCIRCLE

1. Scope
These Child Safety Standards apply to the NextCircle application, published on Google Play and developed and operated by SEMIOLOGIC, using the GraphDebate / GraphComment community platform.
They apply to all user-generated content (UGC), including profiles, comments, messages, posts, and interactions.
2. Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
NextCircle enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The following are strictly prohibited, without exception:
- any sexual content involving a minor;
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
- sexual solicitation or grooming of minors;
- any communication intended to exploit, manipulate, or endanger minors;
- any facilitation, promotion, or normalization of such behaviors.
3. Moderation and safety measures
To protect users and ensure child safety, SEMIOLOGIC implements:
- automated and human moderation tools;
- user-accessible reporting mechanisms;
- immediate removal of violating content and accounts;
- permanent banning of accounts involved in serious violations.
Where required by law, or when appropriate, reports may be shared with relevant authorities.

Users may report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app or by contacting the moderation team at:

5. Responsibility
These standards are published by SEMIOLOGIC, developer of the GraphDebate / GraphComment platform and publisher of the NextCircle application.
SEMIOLOGIC is committed to enforcing and maintaining these standards on an ongoing basis.
