1. Purpose and scope

These Community Guidelines define the rules of conduct applicable to all communities powered by the GraphDebate / GraphComment platform, developed and operated by SEMIOLOGIC.

They apply to all users, profiles, and user-generated content (UGC), including comments, messages, posts, votes, profiles, and interactions, across all communities (including NextCircle and any future communities).

2. Core principle

GraphDebate is built on respectful, constructive, and responsible exchanges.

There is zero tolerance for abusive content or behavior.

3. Zero tolerance for prohibited content and behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited, without exception:

  • harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks;
  • hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory content;
  • sexually explicit or inappropriate content;
  • sexual exploitation, endangerment, or sexualization of minors, including grooming or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
  • incitement to violence, hatred, or illegal activities;
  • spam, manipulation, impersonation, or any attempt to harm the community.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without prior notice.

In the event of violations, SEMIOLOGIC and/or the relevant community moderation teams may take appropriate actions, including:

  • content removal;
  • visibility limitation;
  • temporary suspension;
  • permanent account removal.

5. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the application.

Reports related to abusive or dangerous content are reviewed with priority, within a maximum of 24 hours.

6. User protection tools

Users have access to tools allowing them to hide or ignore content from abusive users, providing immediate protection from unwanted exposure.

7. Responsibility

These Community Guidelines are published by SEMIOLOGIC, developer of the GraphDebate / GraphComment platform.
